We offer free shipping within Malaysia for orders above RM250 and to Singapore for orders above RM 400. Otherwise, we charge a flat rate of RM8 for shipping within West Malaysia and RM 12 for shipping within East Malaysia. For orders to Singapore, it is estimated to be about RM 27 for 1 kg as of this time in writing.
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
We use Pgeon for Malaysia and QExpress for Singapore.
Since the turnaround time on packages are so fast, changing an order after it’s been placed can be tricky. Because of this, we recommend calling us via phone or emailing us immediately at support@samasamayoga.com upon realising that something may be wrong with your order. We will always do our best to make sure you’ll get what you need. However, if orders are processed by our warehouse team, then unfortunately, we will not be able to amend the said order.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) for an exchange within 7 days from the day you’ve received your parcel. (Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging with the tag still attached and not damaged). Merchandise returned not in its original state may not qualify for an exchange.

For the vast majority of returns, it takes about 10-15 Business Days for us to get your package at the fulfilment centre, inspect your return, process it into inventory and for you to receive your exchange.
Yes, we do take bulk orders. Please contact support@samasamayoga.com and tell us what you need, and we will get back to you as soon as possible during business days. The MOQ for bulk orders is 50 pieces and above.
